I have been suffering with excruciating back pain for around 12 weeks hospitalised once as well as chronic knee pain for around 12 months so bad that I was about to give the game I love golf away.
After ONE treatment with Mel I have movement back in my knee and virtually no pain in my lower back and the first decent nights sleep in over 3months. To say that I am appreciate of what Mel has done for me is an understatement. So glad to be virtually pain free Thank you Mel

Mel is great, professional and ensures she’s always on time. Mel treated me before and during my pregnancy right up until 40 weeks pregnant and I’ll be seeing her for an adjustment in a few more weeks to adjust me after birth. Definitely helped me achieve my dream birth by ensuring my body was all balanced and adjusted correctly. Takes hygiene seriously. Highly recommend and great that she’s local.

Anybody who wants to have a whole day out this shopping centre would enthuse you...has soooo many stores . good brands...sports shops as well...shopping heaven I would think.
n lotd n lots of eatery areas catering for all tastes...... the best of the best shopping centres under one roof ..even picture theatres ...a must place to shop if you have the stamina..
