I have been looking for a yoga studio in the Sydney CBD for some time. I tried sound bath / sound healing with Marc at the Wellness Lounge and it was a truly rejuvenating and relaxing meditation experience. I highly recommend the Wellness Lounge if you are looking for a place to unwind in the CBD.
