I've had a few ongoing sporting injuries over the last few years and have tried the usual treatments with Physio and Chiro, without success. Someone mentioned trying Bowen Therapy and I thought I'd give it a try. Wow! It's amazing how a few pressure points here and there can elicit such a response from the body. I always feel so much better after each appointment and Adeline is a joy to be around. She really cares about getting the best results for her clients. Adeline is truly a professional in her space. I first went to Discover Wellness to see Adeline when I was having daily severe migraines and constant fatigue. She discussed my issues with me and made me feel heard. We started Bowen therapy treatment and let me tell you it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I no longer suffer from severe migraines and have a spring in my step daily. Her down to earth & empathetic nature made it all that bit better on top. I could not recommend Adeline and her treatment enough!!!

Seeing Adeline for Bowen Therapy was my first time trying Bowen. I went in with limited knowledge of how it worked or what to expect.

Adeline takes her time to connect with her clients and create an approach that considers your specific health goals. Adeline helped me feel at ease with the whole experience and was able to answer any questions that I had.

I left my first appointment feeling like a new person! I have now had three sessions (more to come). I feel more energised, my sleep is better and my mental health is only improving with each session.
