I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at this clinic. As a woman with chronic UTI issues, I’ve been managing my condition for years and have been on long-term antibiotics. When I visited this clinic, the doctor accused me of lying about my health in order to obtain a prescription, which was both unprofessional and hurtful. He also told me I needed to have active symptoms in order to receive medication, despite the fact that I didn’t have symptoms during the appointment.

Furthermore, after providing a urine sample over two weeks ago, I have still not received any follow-up or communication. The doctor's dismissive attitude, lack of empathy, and failure to offer any helpful advice or solutions were extremely frustrating. I felt disrespected and unheard.

I would not recommend this clinic for anyone seeking care for chronic health issues. I encourage others to consider alternative providers who offer more professional and compassionate care. The doctors at Cranbrook are well worth the extra few minutes' drive.

This has been my local practice for a decade and still going strong. It feels more like a family practice than a plastic medical centre. The admin staff are always friendly, even when they're flat out, they have an on-site pathology collection, a top-class registered nurse, and a treatment room.
The team of doctors cover general practice, but also specialist women's health doctors and a geriatric specialist.
Best to book ahead, as it can get really busy, especially if you want a particular doctor, but if you're prepared to wait they will try their best to get you seem by one of the doctors as quickly as possible.

We had a disappointing experience with Dr. Ahmed Sharif, who provided a wrong diagnosis without showing compassion or empathy. We initially booked an appointment with Dr. Preeti, but due to unavailability, we were forced to see Dr. Sharif instead. Unfortunately, he displayed unprofessional behavior, being arrogant, impatient, and uncompassionate. He barely spent a minute with my son and hastily referred us for an autism assessment. When my wife mentioned that our son talks, albeit less than usual, Dr. Sharif incorrectly stated that our son doesn't talk at all and possibly has Autism Spectrum Disorder. He failed to observe our son's behavior, as he was fussy and exploring the clinic out of curiosity. Dr. Sharif labeled our son as rigid and speechless without a thorough examination. His lack of compassion and care was alarming. We're disheartened to encounter doctors who can cause more harm than good due to their attitude. We will never consult Dr. Sharif again and highly recommend Dr. Preeti and Dr. Happy for their exceptional care and compassion.

Been coming here for a few months for general check ups and mental health sessions. Every sessions has to be post poned cause they give me the wrong date that they wrote down on a card and now after booking again today get told I’ve got to pay when I had x amount of sessions free Even have the paperwork to say so So hard to find a good gp these days Doctors there Arnt bad tho

My experience has been very pleasant from booking my app't, greeted at reception & my interaction with the nurse for my immunisation, everyone was professional & friendly and I felt completely at ease.

Drs Jahan, Happy & Rahman are all very good. Receptionists are excellent & very helpful. Wait times can sometimes be a bit long but I think that is understandable depending on patients illness. Overall a very good practice.

I have nothing but praise for Dr Rahman .
Receptionists and other GP's turn over can be issue at times,but happens everywhere.
Yes,sometimes delays ,but I book an appt at a time to allow time for it.
Sometmes I only need to book a tele-call,eg for new medication scripts .
Some people really need to book double appointments if they have lots to discuss .

With Big Thanks to Dr Rahman, he is very attentive and kind to my medical needs, for which i was grateful to live close to this medical centre. The staff are friendly, kind and helpful. i would definitely recommend this practise to all live near by. It can be busy sometimes but with an appointment makes prior, we shall be treated in a reasonable timeframes. (if no emergency cases).
