Kerry Flanagan knows everything about poo and how to dispose of it. He has been so helpful and full of advice for the problems I faced with my council regarding a Bio- Lytics septic system. After a house fire in a water catchment area the council wanted me to replace the existing system with an inferior product due to the Bio-Lytics company going out of business, a lack of service agents in the area and the sysyem was no longer approved for use in Vic. Kerry set them strait with the regulations and organised a service agent to look after the 20 units still in the area. He went above and beyond to make sure we didn't get screwed by the council. I now have a permit to use a perfectly fine existing 10 year old system.

Side note about the Bio-Lytics system, if the load capacity and rules are respected the system will last a long time. It's a great system but getting it was an effort. The staff were rude (after they got the deposit) and delivery took for ever (at least I got mine) so I see why they went belly up.
