All team members have the same high level of care for their patients. The psychologists are easy to talk to and ask all the the right questions to better understand your situation. The acupuncturist is very knowledgeable and can help patients throughout treatments even when the patient doesn't like needles. When you are in their clinic you get the sense that they are very passionate at what they do. I highly recommend this health clinic to others seeking their services.

Sally at Focus has helped me with two separate injuries, one of which I haven't been able to find answers to for years. She took her time to diagnose me and explain what the diagnosis meant, she gave me exercises and techniques that I could actually use and focussed completely on getting me active again. I was so impressed by her that I have subsequently recommended her to my mum and husband. Both of whom have had similarly positive experiences with Sally. If you are looking for a physio who has incredible attention to detail and who will put everything into getting you back to 100% then I would definitely recommend Sally.

I highly recommend the psychology services at this clinic.

Super impressed with the team at Focus. The young lady at reception was warm, friendly and professional and my massage with Joe was seriously THE best massage I've had to date. I've already made my next appointment and will be booking hubby in for his massage next! Highly recommended!

Sally at Focus Physiotherapy is an excellent physio - she was able to diagnose a problem that had been recurring for years and help me make progress on improving my health. Over the last 18 months my pain has decreased and is rarely a concern. She is helpful, understanding and helps me adapt exercises to take with me when I travel.

I am a health systems researcher working through my PhD currently. This has given me a greater appreciation for how patient-centred the Focus Allied Health psychology services are, which is sadly rarer than it should be - particularly in mental health service provision. Working with Ammata, their psychologist, has literally saved my life and I highly recommend seeing her if you’re looking for a psychologist who practices authenticity and compassion above all else. She has top notch psychotherapy skills, abilities, experience, but most importantly, truckloads of wisdom, patience and compassion. Her versatility in approach covers being able to guide a client across a range of mental health experiences and through various stages of health, ill health, life stages and issues. I have personally benefitted from her authenticity, availability, accessibility and overall, her willingness to work with me rather than at me. I am more than just a client or a case to her and she has established this dynamic and earned my trust over time. She has seen me through crisis management, advocacy, career development, and helped me cultivate a consistent holistic practice of mental health hygiene and related key skills and perspectives. These have been crucial to helping me work past and with my mental health labels, diagnostic categories and difficult life circumstances and challenges. This has ensured that the mental health gains and overall life satisfaction that I have achieved through painstaking work have solidified over time. As far as psychologists go, she’s quite likely amongst the best around, in Sydney.
