My first experience with Sarah Chapman Skinesis was absolutely positive. My daughter, UK resident, had given me a voucher for my birthday. Booking my appointment was very easy. The clinic is a wonderful place, cosy, calm and beautiful, relaxed and very friendly too. Kerry was fantastic, she did a very, very good job, explained everything and treated me full of empathy. After my Luxury Facial I felt so refreshed. Couple of days later my skin still felt really clean and elastic. Thank you so much!

I had a fantastic appointment with Charlotte B for the Visia® Skin Health Scanner. The scanner itself was eye-opening in better understanding my skin, both positives and areas that I can better work on with my routine, lifestyle and products. Charlotte was incredibly knowledgeable - a true skincare expert who talked me through an optimal skincare routine for my skin health and type, minor changes I can make as well as longer term treatment options. I could not recommend doing this more! I am now much more confident before spending lots of £££ in the wrong areas. Thank you Charlotte!

I love the glow zone at Sarah Chapman, I got the wedding glow package during my wedding and recently got glow intense boost with led pod. The products used are amazing, they make you skin plump and hydrated. But not only that, the staff is very professional and friendly, the hospitality is great. My go to person is Charlotte, she's got magic in her hands and her skincare knowledge is beyond the basics. She knows I am Korean skincare sucker, and every product that she has recommended me, has been so good on my skin. I have made a routine of getting facials done monthly now.

I love going to Sarah Chapman! I am new to London so finding a center that I can trust with my skin was so important to me. Every single time I go (now about 5x) my experience is consistently amazing! The reception and technicians offer great customer service. I have had services done by Jamy, Bethany and Olga, all fantastic. Can't wait to for my next service and for my skin to continue to glow!

As a loyal customer for the past decade or so, I have to say this was not the best experience I had. I had two changes to the lady doing my facial, one I approved of ( disappointed of course that my regular, Jami had a change of plans) but there was another change that morning which I was not informed of. Even during check in it would have been good to have been told instead of someone ushering me into the room and telling me her name then. I said wait, that is not the name I was expecting. She said the other lady had called in sick and they were all trained anyway! Surprising response.
I had asked for the 15 minute free skin consultation and she said she would do that as part of the facial! I did not get the 60 minute facial ( I was expecting 60+15!). She did answer my questions but then the products suggested were very different than what I’ve used before. I left confused and disappointed.

I had my first facial at Sarah Chapman and was so impressed.
I booked the 90 min bespoke facial with Carleigh and she was so lovely and professional, and had magic hands - I managed to doze off a couple of times!
She did an extraction, a light peel, and LED therapy based on my skin analysis. I left feeling relaxed and my skin was glowing! I've already booked to see her again in 6 weeks - this was by far the best facial I've ever had, highly recommend.

I bought 5 courses of the LED treatment and have enjoyed my experience and results. As a feedback point I believe the customer service could be improved, as although I have been to the clinic numerous times with the same staff member doing my treatment, it oddly always felt like it was the first time we were meeting. I believe that the customer experience could be improved if there was a sense of familiarity between the customer and the staff, and that they made an effort to connect more with the client after a number of visits.
