I am happy with the quality of treatment provided by the doctors at Garfield Medical Centre.

However, I am very disappointed with the service and management. It has become increasingly difficult to get an appointment, as there is often only one doctor available per day, and occasionally, no doctor at all.

I strongly urge the management to address this issue and hire more doctors to ensure the community is better served. This would greatly improve the overall experience for patients.

It is the best medical centre in the area. The doctors are very good and skilled at their job. They are genuine, friendly, do correct diagnosis and recommend perfect treatment. I highly recommend to see these docs if you have any kind of problem. There is parking available behind the medical centre along with the street Parking. The reception staff are also good and helpful.

Very happy with Dr Aruntha Jesuthasan, she is very kind and makes you feel at ease during your appointment. The reception area is also very nice and the parking is super conveniently located, so you don't need to stress on arrival.

My experience so far has been good, I guess all depends on the doctor you choose but I'm happy so far with the male doctor. Very thorough and polite he actually listens. Selfish of me to do but I don't want to give away his name otherwise everyone will use him haha.

Just came to see Dr Shankar Kumarasiri and what a pleasant appointment both my wife and I had with him. He was patient and kind and gave some really good advice and suggestions. We will definitely be coming back to see Dr Shankar. Happy weekend!

The reception staff both over the phone and face to face was also very pleasant and great to deal with.

Priscilla has been fantastic for our five year old son (ASD 2 with a speech delay). Our son actually looks forward to seeing her which never happens with medical professionals. Our son's speech has improved so much in a short time with her work and guidance. We were so worried about our boy's development but she's given us confidence that his speech will get to where he needs to be.

I did not have a good experience today visiting Garfield medical centre. The receptionist was incredibly rude upon arrival. Once called for my appointment the Dr did not know why I was in there, as I made my appointment on the phone and was specfic to what I needed to have done, clearly the receptionist doesn't take customer requests seriously enough, to write them down or confirm if procedures are performed. Staff need to be more Informed of procedure the practice do and don't do! I was told they don't perform my request by the Dr. Thank you for waisting my time today. Will not be returning!

All the staff here are friendly and inviting. The doctors are all very thorough and make sure that you are given the best care. Even though the staff are very efficient, I never felt that any of my appointments were rushed at all. The admin staff were also very kind in sorting all my paperwork out. Would highly recommend this practice.
