I had my Mum with these people for almost 18 months and at the beginning it was okay, until the last 9 months
This place has no communication within the people who work there or their clients and their families. Everyone used to pass the blame on someone else. And when I decided to take my Mum to another aged care provider, I got phone calls from the time I sent them the email to say we are changing provider. Not only did they call me on the day of the email, but they also cancelled my Mum's service on the day of the email. Which I specifically mentioned that the service was to end 2 weeks from the date of the email. I don't understand why they didn't read the email. I would not recommend anyone, as there communication is not up to standard with the practice.

The worst service ever. Don't bother because they don't. Unreliable, no communication and too much stress. Taking mums care elsewhere after 5 weeks of empty promises from Leititia and Halley.
