I have received multiple Shirodhara treatments with Louise this year and they have been life changing for me. Since having the treatments my mind has become so still, my nervous system is so calm, I can deal with stress so much better, I feel more relaxed in my body, I don’t react to phobias i.e. spiders like I have all my life and I’ve become so much more patient and tolerant as a Mum of a toddler. I feel so much safer in my body and the world and I am eternally grateful to Louise for providing these treatments for me. I would recommend everyone try Shiro as it is so beneficial in so many ways.
