Nightmare receptionist.

This morning I was called up by their receptionist and abused because when asked if I was coming in for my Pfizer shot, I said no I think you've made a mistake I had both Astra Zenica and finished my shots over 6 weeks ago.
She then yelled at me asking what was wrong with me for not cancelling said appointment and hung up before I could speak.
I then called back to see when the appointment was made and she told me she couldn't see where the appointment came from and would not listen to me when I said that I didn't make any Pfizer appointments because I was never eligible at the time because of my age.

This is unfortunately not the first time I've been abused by her and I've only been the this doctors surgery once.
I was told by the nurse who performed my first Astra shot at the Olympic Park hub that I didn't need to return there for my second, So I booked at Greysmed as it's a few minutes from my house.
When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist told me off because "I wasn't supposed to get my second shot here unless I had had my first here".
I asked the administering doctor is this was true and she told me it was not a problem that I came here for my second shot.

This behaviour is disgusting and should not be happening in an environment where vulnerable people go when sick.
It is also very disappointing because the doctors are very lovely and this receptionist is bringing the reputation of their practice down, and it is not a place people need or want to go to be abused for trying to do the right thing for the community.

I have never dealt with a more in-compassionate , rude horrible individual as i had today with the receptionist at this practice. The GP needs to look at who he has representing him at the front of house as you have lost a patient. Kindness & understanding go a long way in these difficult times. Just rude.
