Three stars is being generous. Can’t fault reception staff though, they are great. Dr Trish, seems quite rude. Felt very degraded with how she spoke to me. Also my Telehealth was for 12pm. Received a call at 5pm. I changed my whole day to be available for the call that happened later. Why make a time frame when it’s a call when they can? Rather they just said you’d get a call but cannot give a time.

Excellent family medical centre. Been a customer for more than 10 plus years before moving interstate. Both doctors are excellent beyond compare. Staff are very nice too. If you make a booking you will be seen on time unlike other practices. Lots of regular loyal customers.

Fix the open hours on your website, unacceptable that in this modern day, where everything is done online, that the hours for calling in are not correct. 30 min is the difference between agony and relief. Also since it is so important that new patients cannot not do a telehealth call, you might want to add that to your website or the Hotdoc app, that way you don't wait peoples time.

Every thing is good just the old lady on reception is should be more friendly and if ask question, answer nicely not say i can say anything.. e.g. i asked how many patients are waiting then i can manage my time... and she said i can't say!! I just want know if a lot of patients in front of me then i can go n back

Rude receptionist if your male and your surname has been changed like mine (for personal reasons with my father) she will ask you 100 questions and act as if its not your Medicare card and say things like "oh men don't usually change there surnames" very rude maybe you should think before saying things love.

Even though a regular patient there, the reception refused to book emergency. Don't know where to go when your family doctor denies to see you in an emergency!!

Dr. Karishnan usually attends to me. He is an excellent doctor, as are the other doctors there who have attended to me over many years! This medical centre is excellent, overall. No problems, at all.
