5 stars treatment !!!!BEST TREATMENT I EVER HAD !!!!

I was recommended by someone and I am more than happy.

Let’s start with Hostesses, very nice and helpfull they were really kind and warm with a big smile ? and this is very important because this is the beginning …

Then after I started with the hygienic dental cleansing …Daniela was very patient and kind (because I am not an easy client, I have a fear for dentist and everything that goes with that ) she explained me every steps and she did the job more than just a dental cleansing ! She cared about every details and this makes the difference, I never had such a cleansing like that !!! She works with precision!

Then after, the dentist ? I was so scare at the beginning but then he explained me the steps etc and all the procedures were no painfull and specially he cares about the feeling of the client not like some others dentists that just do the job and that’s it! Very honest and professional so I was really happy but not only that he did an amazing job on my teeth VERY esthetic exactly how I wanted it is like he read my mind !!! I was with MR KULLA and even if I live in another country I’ll fly over just to be with this dentist and the dental hygienists because I never had a service like this it was a 5* treatment ?❤️❤️❤️

I can only recommend you they are so professional and answer your questions with precision!

Excellent experience! I did dental hygiene with Tereza, it was not painful and the result was immediately visible. And it didn't last long either. Clean, professional, another level in comparison to the others. And also the young lady at the reception was super nice. They speak good English, so ideal for expats. I will go back for sure.

Pretty good, i felt they are professional, experienced and customer focused

I had hygienist appointment, appointment was on waiting but they followed up with me when someone cancelled, also not so much hassle keeping in mind that I am temporarily here as a tourist

I needed to get two dental crowns, and the clinic was able to find an appointment slot for me quickly.
The services are slightly expensive here, and they don't work with insurance companies.
On the inside it looks very clean and modern, equipment seems high quality. Doctor was professional and polite, and I'm happy with the crowns I got.
Both the doctor and the nurse knew English, nurse also knew Ukrainian.
Even considering the somewhat above average prices, I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

I have 3 front teeth that are discolored because of root treatment. I've traveled two times from Germany to Prag to solve the problem. The doctor miss to inform me that the color of the tooth will go through the veneers after some time. He did a perfect job and I was very happy with the results, but after couple of months my teeth are gray again, so the whole procedure was in vain. The clients should get what they want but the doctor is also responsible to inform what could happen in the future and what is the best option for your problem. Still hoping to find a doctor to solve my issue ones and for all!

I'm visiting from America. I made an appointment with Dr. Kulla for a crown of an implant. Dr. Kulla was very professional, respectful, and gentle in his work. Staff was also great. The crown is visible when I smile and it looks perfect. He also took x-rays and did a yearly exam. There were no issues, so no new work was performed. I felt I should mention this because he does not recommend work if it's not necessary, like some dentists I have been to in the past.

Despite the excellent service from the lady at the reception, the high-quality material, and modern installations, I have to leave a bad review.

I went through a traumatic experience here, after the dentist paralyzed my face for 8 hours following the procedure and didn't even finish the job. I even went back on that day as I was so scared that after 4 hours I still could not move the left side of the face, and the dentist came out almost annoyed saying that this was normal. Furthermore, my cheek was in pain for a week, and I could not even touch it to wash it for 4 days. All of this after they put 4 times the anesthesia required (dangerous).

I had to go to another dentist to finish their job and pay extra money. He was surprised that they paralyzed my face, and explained that this was not normal at all, which I knew, as this was not my first visit to the dentist. He did the job smoothly, kindly, with no pain and minimal anesthesia not only finished their unfinished job, but did other teeth, and I could move the face and lip at all times (as expected).

If you go to this practice, don't complain about the pain cause you can end up with a paralyzed half of the face for long anguish hours.

I discovered Smille when I was searching for a dentist who had wheelchair access (you would not believe how many do not). The dentist my mother saw for a check-up was so kind to her and helped the caregiver move her from the wheelchair to the dental chair and back again. He gave her a very thorough check-up. My mother also saw the dental hygienist and came home raving about what a great job she did on her the teeth and how nice she was. I immediately called to make an appointment for teeth-cleaning and a dental check-up. All of the interaction I had on the phone and via e-mail was really pleasant and very professional. Everyone at the clinic is simply very nice. I had the same dental hygienist as my mother, and she was right. It was probably the best teeth-cleaning I've ever had, and the hygienist was very nice and had a great sense of humor. Ditto the dentist. Wonderful experience, even though I have to go back and have a very old cavity replaced. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I almost forgot to mention how beautiful and spotlessly clean the clinic is. I am so pleased I found this clinic.
