I wasn’t impressed at all. I essentially paid £80 to have someone make a sales pitch to me, and I could kick myself. What a giant waste of money. I went for a skin consultation about some specific issues and found the aesthetician to be not very knowledgeable at all. Even when I asked specific questions about active ingredients or what my skin needed, I felt that she was flapping and didn't know. I actually learned more on the Internet. Most of the people here are not dermatologists and you need to be aware of that – they’re just there to sell more onward treatments. Small thing, but you can’t do a consultation with a grubby uniform either! Hope it improves.

Be vary wary of pricing. I was told one price then charged another. When I showed evidence of the quoted price they refused to honour it. There are no prices printed anywhere - it’s all ‘on consultation’ which they also charge for. Finally I found them very heavy sell and I was recommended treatments I later found out wouldn’t have been suitable. It’s a shame as I would love a local aesthetics place to use!

I have been seeing Nina for c.8 months and my skin has seen a huge improvement. I really suffered with adult acne breakouts and clogged pores and the treatments I have been having I feel have greatly contributed to my improved skin, it’s given me so much more confidence and it’s always a pleasure seeing Nina every month.

Polynucleotides were needed to plumb out my skin where it had become lined and a bit saggy. Dr Mayoni was excellent, she was very thorough in explaining what she was going to do during the procedure and was very gentle and reasuring when carrying out the treatment. Dr Mayoni gave detailed aftercare instructions and has checked up on me since. I am looking forward to seeing her again for my next treatment. I would highly recommend her - she really cares about her patients.

It was a lovely experience, felt very at ease and the standard of service was extremely excellent. If you have any skin needs and live locally to South London, I’d highly recommend! The process was quick and the results are great.
