So you apologise one minute and then in the same breath you insult me by saying don't complain on here. That is what REVIEWS mean! And it's the WAY he spoke to me that was rude. He should have apologise and tried his best to keep his customer. But no he was out right rude. I already complained to him and he was rude so the next step was to let others know.so that's why I said it and not spoke to you guys. Don't make excuses.accept that he was outright rude and CHANGE the rude attitude. And he was running late,as I said, cos I heard him talking about ridiculous stuff to the young girl and her mother for about 15 mins!!! THATS WHY HE WAS LATE.Look at yr reviews.All chose 1 as the lowest.Doesnt that tell you something.so don't msg me back or try to make excuses.He failed big time

Very unprofessional rude man. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment an had other appointments to go to.Over heardconversations about what girls wear when they go out etc to his clients on and on and on for 20 mins and this is the reason he was keeping me waiting all that time.sick as I was needing to get in. When he finally came out.i said if I hadn't paid for this before hand I would have walked out.NO APOLOGY NOTHING!! He just said if you want yr money back then I will do that.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! In this time of stress and depression you would expect more respect and consideration for yr customers who aren't coping and need help.Apparently you don't have any.so it's all about money then eh
