The insane mask enforcing and illogical covid paranoia is common unfortunately. Dr Nisha however was uncommonly rude, cold and insensitive. Too much of the medical system seems to forget how important mental health is, and kindness should be a given

I walked in feeling vulnerable and in need of care, but didn't receive empathy or kindness from the Doctor. The receptionist, nurse and pathology worker were all lovely which is a real shame.
