Been going there for the last TEN YEARS, took my family there and so many times have been told a time “10:00am” when what they really mean is 1:30pm.

IF YOURE GOING HERE PREPARE TO WAIT!!!

Reception staff are rude, speak very little English and seem to favour moving Indian speaking people up the waiting list. The Doctor himself is not very efficient, definitely not worth the wait. He doesn’t listen and is frequently unreliable which I now know having moved to a different GP where appointments are kept on time, the staff speak English well and are very professional and the Doctor listens very carefully and takes his time assessing you.

Don’t make appointments if you can’t keep them !
People have busy lives too and patients surely don’t want to sit around waiting all day for crappy service.

When I was in the waiting room, I witnessed four patients cutting in front of the next woman who was Australian. Why? Because those four patients spoke the same language as the receptionists.

Pathetic practice, don’t know how you survived so long. Had you not been my local Doctors closest to me, I would have changed long ago.

Accidentally called the same medical centre twice looking for a female GP, so many centres in Google with similar sounding names. Female receptionist yelled at me telling me to 'stop calling and that I told you we don't have one' and hung up on me...first and 2nd phone call. Extremely rude, terrible first impression. May I suggest you switch to a new receptionist that knows basic manners? I would hate to actually have to deal with that person face to face if I'm unwell.

Dr Goyal is an amazing caring doctor like no other, who definitely deserves 5 stars. His always considerate about your wellbeing. I lost contact with Doctor Goyal after i left Liverpool more than 10 years ago and being told he no longer works there. I recently got told by someone he is still around and works in green valley. I know where I will be heading from now on. I missed you Dr Goyal.

Makes a booking at a certain time and still had to wait over an hour each time. Then they move you to the doctors office where you have to wait again. Have moved to the area recently and I am looking for a local GP.
