Called to book an appointment @ 3pm and spoke with the worst demon on the planet 18/07/24 @ 3pm. Not hard to figure out from your rosters who it was that answered the phone. She might be going through menopause, sounds old and heartless, I asked to book an appointment 4hrs before they close and she says they’re already closed. I ask why does your website say 7pm and she replies “because we have no more doctors, ok thank you” and hangs up! which doesn’t answer the question as to why you would leave that misleading info online, and never actually stay open or take walk ins from 4hrs before closing.

Worst Medical Centre to ever exist. Receptionist are absolute inhumane people I’ve ever dealt with, absolute trash of a person and needs to do some self reflection and then really question herself if this job is for her.

Rating should be 0! The reception is always rude. I always call to renew my hypertension script, now they always tell me no one is available to call. Every time you go to this centre, you will wait 1.5 hrs to see someone. I am not waiting 1.5 hours to renew a script! Who do you people think you are?. Learn about customer service, you have clearly lost touch! Will never return.

Doctors are not accomodating at all... they make you feel you show up in there and making up your signs and symptoms and the atmosphere during consultation is like I'm wasting her time?.Felt like I owe them anything or I'm disturbing them for seeking medical advise. I don't abuse the system I live in Australia for the past 13 years and it's my 6th times using the medicare. I don't go to GP if I don't have to.

Pls I wish there was a NO STAR rate. Used this place for years only because it’s local but pulling the plug now cos they will never CHANGE. Rude and unprofessional customer service. It doesn’t end there but with the doctors also. If you also call for an appointment you get put on hold straight away for 5 min+ while they answer other calls. Don’t botherrr

Terrible customer service. Receptionist Rude and not helpful. Have been trying to book in for days with a doctor that doesn’t allow pre booking. Received a letter to book regarding abnormal results from a test but unable to book and never available.

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR, especially if you are special needs!

My sister is profoundly intellectually disabled and has been since birth. He has been her family Doctor for years.

We took her application for a mobility parking permit, so that we can drive her to medical appointments etc. He charged Medicare and took the form. We heard nothing for over a week and when we went to collect it, they were very rude, implying we were being pushy-over a week to sign a form, I don’t think so!

When he eventually did sign, he said on the form that she only required the permit for 6 months, as if her brain damage will be cured miraculously in that time.

The RMS would only give the permit for the 6 months indicated by the incompetent Dr Sarani. Now the process has to be repeated in 6 months, by her already over stressed carer parents.

This Doctor has no empathy for the most vulnerable
in our community. Shame on you Dr Sarani...

Never going back again 4 people infront of me took over 2 hours still my name wasn’t called, I checked twice how many infornt, reception told me I’m next and another 40min went by. Waste of time
