The team have been fantastic from the beginning. The reception staff are very kind, thoughtful, professional and supportive with a great understanding of so many things.
Greg has been my life saver. Working patiently, collaboratively, kindly and supportive we even have a laugh too. Greg’s knowledge just blows my mind away and the connections of our body to our health extraordinary. Makes Western medicine look pretty poor.

I have been using Vitality and wellness for a few years now, I was suffering all the normal symptoms of menopause, hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings etc. After consulting with Greg he recommended cortisol calm, be calm and Chaste tree, Wow what a difference it has made if my life. My symptoms are now very minimal and I get a full nights sleep. I recommend anyone to give it a go, they have really worked for me.

Very poor customer service, just read back through some emails from an order back in 2020. Would never use these guys again. Aus post lost the order and their response was ‘bad luck’ ‘order another one’. ?

My experience with this provider has been really disappointing: I've ordered a product that is highly perishable, and for that reason I paid extra for express shipping. The provider assures on their website that they won't ship "cold" products on a Friday, which gave me confidence to order from them. Yet, they shipped on Friday (in spite of me placing the order on a Tuesday morning!). It arrived on Sat morning in a local warehouse, but being weekend, it was delivered on Monday morning only - with a melted icepack, making the value of the product questionable. What is even worse, when I raised the issue with them, they first claimed the product is ok out of the fridge for 30 days; when I told them that's not true (based on information from the manufacturer, who said max 24-48h is ok), they counter with claiming that same manufacturer said 3 days (forgetting they earlier they reassured me 30 days is ok!). They apologised for the mistake ("new hire"), but didn't take any steps to fix it - leaving me with wasted money and a big delay in starting my treatment. In the meantime, orders with providers from out-of-state and even New Zealand made it here next day or within two days after placing the order.
To the vendor: I hate to write such a negative review, but I am hoping this will encourage you to be more careful in the future - it's people health you are playing with it, and if you are in this business, that should matter more than the cost of replacing a potentially compromised product.
UPDATE FOLLOWING THE VENDOR'S RESPONSE TO THE REVIEW: I am happy to provide anyone with a copy of the email exchange proving that I politely engaged with the vendor, always responding to their communication (rather than "hiding behind a review", as they claim), inviting them to solve the issue instead of just finding excuses. The review was the last resort, when they stopped communicating. Oh well... I no longer feel bad for writing a negative review: it seems like avoiding responsibility and blaming others is a pattern here.
