Highly recommended osteopath. I had never been to an osteopath before and Jeremy quickly and gently put me at ease. I attended for migraines and tension in upper and lower back. I have had issues with other practices due to bone density issues and some anxiety about manipulation. Jeremy explained procedures and put me at ease. He was very gentle but surprisingly effective.

I came to Sam with chronic shoulder/upper back pain and un alignment, from my job. She was amazing at taking care of those areas, and really explained and went into detail of how and why the pain was like it is. Wich helped to make those changes outside of my appointments. After a month or sessions and working together I have not had ANY issues with my shoulders since! Wich has been months! Thankyou so much for what you do, and also reasonably priced. X
