Being Healthy and Youthful is a sign of Beauty. This is not your typical General Practice, where you need to see the Doc because I feel sick. Dr Susan Megali and her team are there to make sure that you achieve feeling & looking your best. They offer, phone consultation, eScript SMS and in house physio which I have done.
Only if you knew what a blessing it was for me that I entered through that front door… TRUST ME!

Dr Megaly is an amazing Dr who takes pride in her profession. She cares about her patients, takes the time to listen and always goes above and beyond to ensure they are taken care of. The staff are lovely and very attentive especially Mona their Practice Manager who always makes time to assist in any way possible.

Highly recommend! Dr. Megaly is very empathetic and attentive doctor and doesn't rush you.
I felt that all my concerns were heard and properly addressed.
She has a special interest in women and children health, so this is particularly handy when both mom and a child need to see a doctor. It saved me travel and waiting time, as well as money.
The out of pocket costs are very reasonable, compared to other doctors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone, but families in particular. It's been hard to find one doctor who's able to look after an entire family, but this is just the right place.

never been disgusted the such service before. i called two days ago to request some of my documents and said that it had to be cleared with manager Mona. needless to say i never recieved a call back nor a follow up. i had called again today to follow up and speak with Susan and was told that she was not in today. When asked to make an appoint she said the roster changes every week i cant make an appoint.
I dont know what kind of practice you guys run here but i have seen animals treat humans better than your receptionist does. Poor behavior.
