I had an MRI completed recently and although I've been attended another medical centre for most of my life, I just wasn’t happy with how consultations were communicated to me over the years, it felt like they were just monotone and just going through results very briefly or assumed that I knew what their medical terminologies were.

I decided it was time to search for a better doctor. I found Dr Kent at Elizabeth Drive Precinct down the road from us and I was so gobsmacked by his calm and caring nature. I explained my concerns and he was very professional in explaining everything thoroughly to me in plain English so that I could understand. He also used images to show me what he was explaining and also clearly communicating my options as well as providing support to the concerns and needs of my next steps to assist with my Chronic Back Pain.

Dr Kent is so supportive and I honestly wish I had found him earlier. Thank you Dr Kent for listening and providing exceptional advice and medical information to me.

My kids ages of 2 and 4 have been seeing a different doctor since they were born. We found that maybe all doctors are the same and very general consultation and communication provided is the normal. We recently found this medical precinct in desperate time to seek for a good or better doctor that was down the road from home. I was so shocked with service provided and how good Doctor Kim Rodgers was with my son. She explained everything in detailed, she was good with the kids, she is gentle and very understanding. My kids were so comfortable around her and listened when she had to complete the checks. I am so grateful to have found Dr Kim for my kids and sad that you are leaving! Alma was the first and only Pathologist that I had been to in my whole entire life that was able to collect blood from my tiny veins within seconds without pain!!! I was so shocked this was even possible as I’ve been traumatised from all past experiences where they would attempt to push the blood out or try a second and third time in both arms to try collect blood.

Alma with no hesitation, was able to collect my blood so quick I was in complete utter shock. I will not attend another pathologist and very grateful that Alma was so friendly and easy to talk too. She was amazing and I cannot thank you enough for making the process quick and seamless with everything printed and labelled onto the blood samples! She was so good I highly recommend her to anyone who may have the same issue as me with tiny veins!

Dr Kim Rogers is a excellent doctor. She thoroughly checked my 82 year old mum with a history of medical problems and was so kind,respectful and patient with mum. She even followed up with a phone call that evening with urgent blood results. Ladies at front desk are all lovely. Dr Richard is also great my husband sees him sometimes.

Today was my first time visiting Elizabeth Drive Medical Precinct. I can't speak highly enough of Dr Kim Rogers. She is professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Dr Rogers also has a kind and gentle bedside manner. The whole precinct is well managed, and it's obvious. Thank you to all who made my visit seamless. Excellent experience, receptionist were friendly over the phone and in person. Service upon arrive was prompt and very limited delays. Dr Tom was also very professional and competent in his diagnosis.

You responded that you will "try harder". No you won't because you wouldn't book an appointment and hung up. Your medical centre should be reported for negligence and more capable reception is needed. Sorry, but just not good enough - clients deserve better.
