I just want to leave a feedback on 1 of the lady doctors who is always in a hurry, not checking the patient thoroughly, yesterday was the last blow as she was sarcastic on her answers. I understand she might be tired as it was already late in the afternoon but still not acceptable.
She must evaluate herself and be kind to patients as she doesn't know what they have been through.

First time coming here and will be the last time. Accompanied mum to get her injection done and waited over 1 hour. The experience was horrible from the time we stepped in, from receptionist- harsh , cold and unreceptive. After seeing the doctor, was asked to wait to see the nurse down the corridor behind a closed door with a sign ‘take a number card and wait to be called’. We waited for over 1/2 hour beside the closed door with no response. I Walked over to the other side to an open door and noticed the nurse sitting inside doing nothing. We asked when can we expect to get the injection done and she appears to be surprised to see anyone there. The directions and processes are very vague from front staff to the doctors to the nurses.

I rang up at 900am as per protocol. Took 10mins before somebody answered the phone. Registered my name to see doctor Ong. I was told to check in at reception at 1000am as that's what time the doctor starts. I checked in and was told there was 6 people in front of me. I sat in waiting area for 2hrs and watched 5 people go in and out of doctors office. I then went to reception to ask how many people in front of me as I was beginning to get hungry . I was told 4 people. I was told that there were people registered at 800am. I asked how is that possible when I was told I can't come in till 1000am. The lady at reception then got really aggressive and said that is the rules and you must abide by them. I then said I'll go get some lunch and come back. I came back at 1250pm and asked reception how many people in front of me. She said 5 people. Omg when I left for lunch there was 4. What is going on in this place? Are they putting people in front of the queue who they have preference over? The problem is, it's the same experience everytime I come here. I have liver cancer and dr Ong is my gp that referred me so I have to see him. Omg this place is the absolute worst
I tried putting no stars but it would not allow me.

Yes my experience is the same as many others who frequent this medical centre. I have been going there for 15+ years but that doesn’t get me anything in the way of customer service. I have also experienced the lack of empathy or my issues even being believed.

About 3 years ago I was experiencing extremely bad headaches of which I had never experienced prior. I had to see the doctor 3 times and practically cry before they referred me for a CT scan. That same day, upon receiving the CT scan results, that same doctor called me and told me to get to hospital immediately. I had had a stroke RCVS (reversible cerebral vascular syndrome) a bleed on the brain.

Thankfully I am ok now.

Good luck everyone who reads this!

Don’t know how Dr Sorani is a doctor. This man literally knows nothing. I saw him twice over two weeks as I woke up with fevers and a sore throat, I thought I had tonsillitis so went to get it treated. When I got to the doctor I was appointed to Dr Sorani who told me I have nothing and to just go home to do salt water gargles. He gave me nothing that helped. It got worst over time and I called a home Dr who instantly looked at my throat and said it was tonsilitis and put me on strong antibiotics immediately. Don’t go to Dr Sorani he won’t help.

I went in to get my blood test results, which I spoke to my doctor over the phone about she told me to collect the results from the front desk. When I spoke to the blonde loud lady at the reception I asked her for my blood test results as I have spoken to my doctor about it and she left it for me to pick up. She rudely said you need to make an appointment with your doctor or wait till the next doctor is available then she put me on the waiting list. I had to explain to her for 20 minutes all I wanted is to pick up my blood test. Why is that so difficult for them to understand!

The worst medical centre with the worst staff, and doctors. Extremely long wait times. The staff at the receptionist are extremely rude and dismissive. Equally rude, hostile, and dismissive are the doctors who couldn’t care less about your health or needs. They don’t ask enough questions or enquire about your health/condition, very swift to prescribe medication without being thorough with their checks. The absolute worst medical practice in the area. They always seem to be closed early and refuse patients from seeing a doctor. The only doctor I have had a good experience with is Dr Kim Oung

The receptionist at this medical centre was the rudest person I have ever met. If someone had dark hair she would talk to them like rubbish and if someone in comparison to a blonde person she would call them ‘darling’. This is from a personal experience when I came to being my father and there is a blockade thing in front of the desk so it’s not like we can go that close and yet she was like ‘stand away speak to me from far’. I was very shocked at the way she spoke to us. Yuck what a disgusting attitude to have in a ‘FAMILY’ medical centre. Never again!!!
