My experience with this practice is great. The receptionists/ front desk are welcoming, nurses are kind and I’ve seen three different GPs (Dr. Lei Lei, Dr. Maria and Dr Chadni) they are all attentive and knowledgeable.

Best GP care I have ever received
I saw Dr Nahyan today for my son’s persistent cough and I can’t recommend Dr Nahyan or this practice highly enough.
Sick children usually have a way of appearing quite well, even when you know they aren’t so I was expecting to be told to “monitor him, keep up the fluids and paracetamol and we’ll see you in a week if symptoms persist”.
However, Dr Nahyan was so thorough, he listened to everything I had to say, and he spoke to my son, asking him about his symptoms, asking permission to examine him and helping him to feel important and at ease.
After he finished listening and examining, Dr Nahyan called another GP (Dr Jarrod?) to ask his opinion. He then said he’d call me though the week to see how my son was doing and also offered to follow up with another GP I had some tests with.
I could be be more impressed with the treatment I received from Dr Nahyan and every other member I encountered at this practice. Quite simply the best GP appointment I’ve ever had. Shukriya, thank you so much.

I am so impressed with this GP practice. The doctors are fantastic clinicians who genuinely care and the reception staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. We are so happy with this clinic!

Highly recommend.
Went here a few months ago after attending the Worrigee Medical Centre and getting no help or answers for my severe back pain. Dr Elissa Calderwood was nothing but polite & understanding and actually wanted to listen and help me with my problem.

Have seen a couple of different doctors over the years and have always found they and the nurses to of the highest caliber of professionalism and care. May be difficult to get on the books as a new patient, but to be expected of the best.

I will not recommend for transgender or Non Binary folks to go to this practice I had to walk out of my appointment yesterday for my well being and I don’t wish anyone to experience that .

Every precaution is taken to stop spreading any bacteria. Receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. All in all, this is a great practice.
