both me and my friend went there before we knew each other and both had a bad experience with a guy named Melvan (idk if thats how you spell his name), He wouldnt listen to what I had to say and almost put me in danger when he pressured me into coming out to my mum, didnt show any empathy when I was having PTSD flashbacks and kept digging into the flashback to try and get me to tell him more, my mum ended up being told everything we talked about even if I or someone else wasnt in danger. 🙁 its so sad cause I really needed that help

CJ from the Wollongong office is a joke. I have needed her on many occasions but there was once I desperately needed her help and could of died if things never got sorted out but she still was not there. As for fuel cards I have most weeks 4 to 5 appointments a week and have not asked for well over half my appointments. Yesterday I called and god you would think they come out of their own pockets. Then she rejected my calls plus had the hide to say can't you borrow money how dare she. Disgusting
