Even though I am in my 50s, I am still terrified of getting my pap smear done. I already had my implanon insertion assessment with them but still they ask me to do the assessment again, I supposed to have my implanon insertion yesterday January 10 but they cancelled the time scheduled then move to other time which I am not available. The Receptionist is horrible and rude.

My wife and I had an appointment at 10:30am today to replace her IUD. After waiting for almost 40 minutes past the appointment time, despite the clinic being literally empty except the 2 of us. Finally, when it was our turn, the doctor tells us that we cannot get the IUD done, because we needed a scan done first. This was something the previous doctor completely neglected to tell us or give us the paperwork to get done beforehand. We have been trying to get this IUD done at this clinic for more than a month now. The previous week, my wife arrived at this same clinic for a confirmed appointment, only to be told that the doctor didn't come in and there was no replacement. The cancellation message was sent to her mobile 30 mins before the appointment, which was too late as my wife was already there. We will be seeking a different clinic that respects their patients time and effort.

Very bad telephone manners.
Firstly,Trying to speak to them took ages.even Iam the first in line. Secondly, once you talk to them, they asked few question and again they asking me to stay on the line for quite a while then suddenly they just hangup or the phone got disconnected! What a waste of time!!! I am so upset as people are in need!

I was given a false information about the payment of blood test by a Dr. (I dont want to mention the name) which was not necessary that time, because I did provide the test report from other clinic but she want me to do it again, saying it is free, but I received the bill from med lab pathology.
Hopefully, you guys won't lie new patient, because it is not easy to make money. Thanks!!

done papsmear few years ago after being advised by one of the nurses there . cant thank you enough nurses , you saved my life . because of you i discovered my CIN3 and treat it before it convert to cancer. God blesses you . you work from your heart

Went there for a consultation appointment, the nurse was not friendly at all, made me feel so uncomfortable, was trying to push me towards a certain method which I didn't want. I was not given much information and wasn't treated well. Plus I was not informed that I needed to pay for the consultation until after the appointment.
Was ment to go back but I never did and never will.

Lovely lady at the reception but the consultation lady on a Saturday I saw first was very rude and judgment about everything I told her.
She would not let me speak I would get told off and she would rudely interrupt me and talk over me I don't recommend this place.
