I truely understand that the hospital is being renovated. But when you go in for a Glucose Test and you are 30weeks pregnant. I think they need to find a spot or like a corner with a comfort chair and privacy just in case you want to sleep in those two hours. Waiting for two hours in the waiting room is too much and the chairs are really uncomfortable.

One of the best hospitals I've been to in NSW. Nurses and doctors are incredible in the emergency department and a big shoutout to the nurse who put my cannula in without pain. Definitely will come back here if needed

The staff was genuinely caring towards me. Everyone was respectful, polite, and tolerant. A special thanks to Dr. Ahmed, Nurses Lee, Georgia, Lara, and the anaesthetists who took care of me.

I jumped off the train from Melbourne to Sydney because I was in so much pain I couldn’t continue hoping they would help me. They had no ultrasound machines and it seemed like only one doctor? I waited 3 hours and had to leave to catch the last train to Sydney. no one checked on me. The nurses were rude cold and couldn’t care less! I may wait 10 hours at Westmead hospital but Atleast when I’m seen they are amazing and very helpful! The nurse who saw me concluded I was in pain and offered me strong pain killers but never gave me any. Arrived in Sydney and it was confirmed i had an ovarian cyst burst!! I feel sorry for the people of Goulburn you deserve better care!

Had to go to ER for my injured eye. Everyone was absolutely accommodating, doctors and nurses were lovely. What could have been a terrible moment was made bearable with everyone being so helpful and super fast. Thank you guys. Keep up the amazing work.

Nurses are fantastic in wards and I realise they are extremely busy and girls at main switch are lovely.
Unfortunately phone calls to both medical and surgical ward are hopeless and constantly go unanswered.
Trying to enquire about my father in palliative care.
Been trying to call for over 48 hours and keep getting answering machines.
When based in Sydney this is extremely frustrating .
Need receptionist on ward to take patient enquiries or at least answer phones.
