The Marima Clinic staff are professional and friendly. My experience has always been they are courteous and go above and beyond to assist.
Dr Quan is patient, calm and reassuring. He has excellent listening skills, is knowledgeable and works with me as my health partner. Dr Teddy Quan pays attention to details, he is compassionate and from my point of view it's clear he keeps up to date with new research, medications and treatments.
The practice is airy, spacious and clean.
I have no doubt you'll find all your need at this clinic.

Relating to my most recent appointment, I arrived just moments prior to my appointed time, and checked in with reception. All receptionists were very busy, but greeted me with a smile, and noted my arrival.
Upon completion of my appointment I approached reception to tender payment for the visit. Again, but a different receptionist, I was greeted with a friendly smile, my account was finalised, and I received my receipt. The receptionist made another appointment for me, as requested by my GP, and gave me a choice of appt.. times prior to giving me a card with the time and date on it.
This Medical practice is exceptional with its presentation; reception staff are always very friendly; the practice nurses are professional, as are their GP’s (not that I’ve seen many of them)!!
The practice manager is very friendly, and always speaks to me if she is in the vicinity of reception when I arrive for an appointment.

All-in-all, it is a pleasure entering the building at Marima - you are confident you will be treated with a friendly smile and professional staff.

Had flu vaccination needles yesterday with Geoff and cannot recommend him highly enough. My family of 5 were in and out quickly and my young kids were treated exceptionally. He had patience and professionalism. I didnt even feel mine. Thanks Geoff.

First time visiting Marima clinic, reception staff were friendly and polite. They even offered my daughter a colouring kit which I thought was great for keeping little ones entertained. The waiting room wasn't crowded.
My appointment was on time and Dr Francine was lovely and very engaging with my daughter.
She listened to everything I had to say and asked questions to get a clear picture of what we needed.
Our appointment was bulk billed so that was a great added bonus.
It was also good to have appointments available for the same day when your needing to see a Dr.
