I have seen Dr Merson Mathews multiple times after having many negative experiences with GPs at Canberra drop in clinics who were extremely brief and uninterested. Dr Mathews took the time to gather extensive history, was polite, compassionate, understanding and explained treatment options extensively. He showed a genuine interest in my specific concerns and general wellbeing and helped guide my health care. I have also had a family member switch to his care after I talked about my experience and they were also impressed by his approach. Finally a GP who I am comfortable seeing for all concerns. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Dr Mathew has been our family doctor for a few years now and he has been great. He really cares about our kids and is very gentle with them. He was a life saver (literally) when our son was very little and got sick. The girls out the front are super friendly and always make us feel welcome.

This practice is the first that I have been to and stuck with. Not only are the doctors there phenomenal (especially the GP I see Dr Clifton) but the reception staff are also very friendly and easy to get along with which isn’t always the case at a lot of doctors clinics.

The appointment times do sometimes vary which can be frustrating, however it is more than worth the wait to receive some of the best medical care I have ever had.
