Terrible service. Rude, abrupt and not helpful. Impatient and unkind. It was the lady podiatrist. Just unbelievable. Told my daughter that she was not a mind reader, even though she had booked in and the receptionist knew what the appointment was for. Expensive and disappointing.

Yes, I have the right place, this was an appointment for my other daughter in December 2023.
Previously the service with Torin was great.

such rude people to deal with, I purchased a rather expensive single performance foot sleeve from them online, followed their own sizing chart and the sleeve was about 3 sizes too small and no way I could put it on. then the audacity to reply that the problem is not with the product, but with my foot. the returning address on the package was Lakes Podiatry, 78 Dudley street Gorokan, NSW 2283. are you kidding me?

0 stars. To say I feel ripped off from this company is an understatement. I had 2 vouchers to use with them and they used both vouchers on my sons first visit didn't tell me did explain nothing didn't tell me my next visit would be charge (I would have been happy to pay if they had of told me in advance) just that he need to make another appointment when we made the next appointment they didn't tell use again that they would be charging us only after the appointment. When I tried to address this problem they didn't care one bit. They have no communication skills and feel very ripped off 0 stars

Unfortunately my experience hasn't been as favourable. The office staff are not helpful at all. They do not pass messages on even though I had called several times over 6 months. I know that's a long time but would try periodically thinking someone would eventually pass a message on and I would get a call back. Yesterday and today I went in and was lied to again by office staff stating that a podiatrist wasn't on duty when in fact they were. A simple that a particular podiatrist was busy and either I choose to wait or that they would call me would have been considered appropriate....not another lie.
To say I am frustrated over something so avoidable is an understatement as with better trained staff these incidents would never have happened in the first place, but instead it's almost being reinforced. I'd imagine this will cost them business.

I had an ingrown toenail for 5 months no doctor would do anything than changed doctors got referred to lakes podiatry and they did it than and there first time there and done and dusted in 20 minutes 2 other check ups the week and two weeks after and now it's all sweet, would highly recommend very lovely and friendly and know what there doing.
