Just had the most dissappointing and uncaring experience ever. After making an online appointment weeks ago to see Laura Barnsfield as Dr Greene had left practice was told on arrival my booking had been cancelled on the 9th. I was rebooked for 20th march. Recieved a call that was also cancelled. She would not see see Dr Greene's patient's. Way to go people. I have been going here for years. Not anymore. Message left on phone stated Dr Barnsfield doesn't want to see you.

Fantastic Practice, The Entire Staff are Welcoming and Friendly.. Dr Raju is Very thorough, Kind and Caring! I Can honestly say I have Never Been to a Dr that has His patient's Best interests at heart! He is Not just a Great Dr For My husband and myself but Also My Children..
There is a Nurse on Hand also a pathology and Other Great Dr's ?

Would not go back to this practice. I had a very rude encounter with a middle aged woman with dark hair, seemingly one of the receptionists. Instead of politely asking me to take a seat, she spoke rudely and demanded that I don’t stand in the waiting area. Given that I was waiting for the pathology department and there were no chairs at the time, I thought standing against the wall was the best option. Given that I am heavily pregnant and still offer my chair up to the elderly, there is absolutely no reason to talk down to me.
Upon entry to the pathologist, my experience was no better. The staff at this practice need to stop being so negative towards its patients.
People that generally come into a medical practice are already feeling low in mood due to what ails them, they don’t need to be spoken to by sour old women too.
If I could give a lower review than one star, I would have.

Can never get through on the phone. Reception staff has a stick stuck up their ((
Used to be bulk billing but now you have to pay upfront $30 something out of pocket. If I'm paying for the service then i should receive some sort of service... They just don't care. Just want the money.

Dr Jemma is good but the pathology there is pathetic. The first time I was there, the nurse was good but today she really hurts me with her needle, I will ask my doctor to go to go somewhere for blood test.
