Went for the first time to see Dr A.P and was appalled by her attitude and behaviour. She completely disregarded every comment I had about my anxiety, displayed no empathy and had zero interest in trying to understand my situation. She was rude, laughed and made no attempt to help me. All she did was make assumptions about who I am as a person and none of which are true. Mental health is so important. Employ doctors that actually take the time to understand the patient and show some compassion, not be rushed out the door and be made to feel awful after the visit. Would not recommend going to her at all.

Today, I had booking with Dr S.T. at 11:15 am. As usual, I saw him at 12:00 without any apology for the delay! When I raised that with him, he said GP booked for patients with little time between so the will not wait too long if a patient cancelled an appointment!
So it doesn't matter how long we are waiting! This is ridiculous. Appointment is appointment and need to be attended on time. Some respect for patients and time please ?

I have been coming to this practice for sometime now and all doctors are professional, personal and give excellent care . I would highly recommend this practice. If I cannot see my regular doctor I feel confident with all other doctors. And the staff are friendly and try their best to fit yr appointment in a timely manner. There are delays in every doctors surgery so I would dismiss the negative reviews here. Sometimes you don’t wait at all and if you do , you still get the care you need.
