I had an appointment at this medical centre over 2 years ago. At the time, I was incredibly sick. I had some blood tests which showed clear abnormalities with a lot of things. The doctor that I saw told me that there was nothing wrong with me and that it's my fault that I feel the way I do because of my lifestyle choices. No specialist referral, no reccomendations, just pushed me out the door. 2.5 years later, after seeing a specialist privately and getting the scans that I needed I got diagnosed with my serious medical condition and over 10 surgeries done, I am now doing so much better.

If you have something fairly serious going on thats effecting your life and needs attention, look elsewhere.

If I could give no stars I would,
Firstly the receptionist and original nurse are beautiful, understanding and professional.
Having only one doctor only speaks volumes!
A few years back I was going through some serious health concerns, and was fed up with not being listened to or given proper help.
Absolutely rude, with the last telephone Doctor call, having them raise their voice and even hanging the phone up on me?

Whatever time you’ve booked for, add an extra hour to see the doctor. Also called to see if my test results had arrived before I came in to see my doctor; the receptionist said they had arrive; attended my appointment to hear the results & no…they hadn’t arrived. The doctor was also running 1 hour late so basically sat there for an hour for nothing. I was then going overseas in a couple of days, told the receptionist & gave them my email address so my results could be sent via email..oh no they still trier to call me whilst I’m overseas. Absolutely disgusting.

These wonderful people accepted my booking for a second Pfizer vaccination after I got my first where I previously lived in regional nsw. After moving to the area I’ll be sure to never visit this clinic and actively discourage all I come across from the same.
On the day of my booking a flippant and rude individual called me stating he was the practice manager and that he would not allow my vaccination appointment as I got my first somewhere else
After I asked why they took the booking in the first place he replied it was not his problem

We booked six weeks ago for pfizer jab. Appointment was yesterday, we arrived about 10 mins prior. We were greeted politely by both receptionists (Christine is a hoot!). We waited outside for about 15 mins in the beautiful sunshine.
The doctor who administered the jab was polite, professional, and very accommodating (one of us may or may not have an intense needle phobia!) Afterwards we were directed to stay in the surgery for observation for 30 mins. During this time we received our 2nd jab appointment details.
I have to say I was not looking forward to the appointment, but it went so well, from when we arrived, to when we left. ?

Terrible experience with male receptionist. very rude with the most horrendous people's skills. would not recommend this place due to this one person. the doctors were lovely as well as the female receptionist I spoke with however this man seems to be rude to everyone as I watched his interactions. been there only a few times and appears to have no patience for anything and speaks down on patients. Not quite sure what his problem is but he doesn't seem like a good fit for working in the medical world

I tried to book a vaccine, in-person form-filling is needed. I thought that makes it more difficult for me (one more off-work days and increased chance of unnecessary social contact). And just asked "Is there any form of phone/online booking?" The male staff was very rude: "I don't have time to talk to you. You got my message."

The ironic fact is that we were directed to this clinic from service NSW *website*, and there is a clear link between the clinic and the online booking system.

This clinic 1) unnecessary makes vaccination more difficult; 2) increases social contact and risk and 3) is very rude and uninformative.

I went to Glenwest Medical centre for Covid vaccination. I had my injection booked for over four weeks prior but they turned me away saying that they don't have the vaccination and they are out of Stock. Make sense to me no offence. I told them they should have atleast informed me beforehand. I am essential worker and took day off. The lady at reception was apologetic but elderly Bearded person was really verbally aggressive and threatened of calling police for me to coming to there premises. Wrong person on wrong job.Hardly recommend to anyone .
