The doctors, nurses and front desk staff are all very helpful and the waiting times once you have an appointment are not too long. Unfortunately, like other medical centres, it is now a lot more difficult to see your usual Dr each time unless you have a non-urgent condition that can wait until the Dr is next there. Most of the time we are lucky and can wait but we both miss “the old days” when it was easier to get to see the same Dr all the time. I know that other patients have decided to drive to other areas where they have found doctors who are working 4-5 days in the same practice each week. Continuity of medical care is important.

We have been going to Glenorie Medical Centre for over 14 years and have always found them to be professional, ethical, friendly and caring. We see Dr Belinda Lorenzo who is a very caring, kind & understanding doctor, with the kind of bedside manner that all doctors should have. Also the reception staff and nurses are very friendly & helpful and are a real asset too. We are very happy with the level of care we have always had. We cannot recommend them highly enough. There are not enough stars to describe the care my husband and I have received at Glenorie District Medical Centre. All the doctors are highly professional. They are respectful - they listen -and they are so good at what they do. Dr Sheila in particular has helped us navigate very complicated health issues and over Christmas/New Year 2021, doggedly chased the clues to diagnose what was happening with my husband's serious health issues. She is amazing digging back into old scans, blood test results, specialist letters, to clarify anything new that crops up. We are extremely grateful for the care we receive, and willingly travel half an hour for our appointments. Our heartfelt thanks!

Glenorie District Medical Centre is a great place to receive care. All staff including receptionists, nurses and GPs are kind, caring and helpful as well as very knowledgeable and understanding. As long as I live in the area, this will always be my first choice when seeking non-urgent medical care.

Visiting from Tasmania and need to see a doctor, the receptionist was absolutely brilliant, got an appointment for same day of phone. Doctor was excellent. Thank you for making this a very nice experience.
