I first visited Enhance Hearing Glenmore Park after being referred for testing following an ear infection. I had previously been tested at a different organization and was not happy with the outcome as I felt I had been "rushed through."

My visit with Johanna Rai at Enhance Hearing Glenmore Park was quite different! During my hearing assessment, Johanna listened closely to my history and carefully noted my symptoms. She conducted the testing taking into account factors such as my tinnitus and I felt more confident in the accuracy of her assessment. Johanna then reviewed my results and explained everything to me in terms I could understand.

When my specialist recommended that it was time to start using hearing aids, I returned to Enhance Hearing Glenmore Park. Johanna guided me through the selection process, helping me find something that was comfortable to wear and that suited my needs.

I have been very happy with the results. I now find it much easier to follow conversations when I’m out and about, and I can cope better in crowded locations. My wife has also commented that I’m no longer asking people to repeat themselves all the time.
