Appaling service, waited for 3 months for a specialist appointment, confirmed day before, but doctor was not available when we went to see him at the scheduled time, they did not bother to inform, there was no one at the reception waited for 15 minutes, to be told appointment has been cancelled. Would never recommend using this center.

Went to get a sexual health test and the lady Dr. Noore Nipa had made me feel judged, I was already nervous and shy to get tested for the first time and the lady made me feel like I was doing the wrong thing.

Rude, arrogant and unprofessional receptionist/service. Not friendly or welcoming and had a major attitude problem. This girl with hejab in reception, lied to me saying a much-needed document had been scanned and email to me, however, didn't. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Rude, arrogant and unprofessional old receptionist. Not friendly or welcoming and had a major attitude problem. Glanced up once as she was packing her bag to tell me they were “fully booked” although there was only one patient in the waiting room. She was working Thursday, 7/07/22 during the evening. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had a 1pm appointment its now 2pm and I'm still waiting. I'm here for a second vaccine jab it happan to me last time waited nearly 2 hours just to get a 5 minute jab Im never coming back that for sure.

Dodgy doctor...... I had 4 pm appointment but he saw me at 6pm for 3 minutes. When I checked medi care charged bulk billing level 2 which is 15+ minutes with patients.

Horrible time management and exactly same feeling like emergency at hospital. appointment and time schedule just like a joke.
Please Dr Lau use doctors appointment application and respect others time too.
