I went to this practice today. First of all they had no receptionist so had to wait for the doctor to just call out my name and attend to me. They also hadn’t mentioned anywhere they don’t accept Eftpos payment as i needed to pay for the service because i had private health insurance. I was running around town searching for cash, at least if someone was at the reception I would have known about it earlier and sorted it. I had to wait for half hour for my appointment and then another half to get my prescription and another 1 hour to pay for the service because i had to pay it to the doctor and she was busy attending other patients. Extremely unprofessional and uninformed doctors in the practice, the dr took about half hour to write a prescription for OCP for me. She needed time to look up any possible medicines she could prescribe and she was on the computer and on the phone with the doctor next door for half hour. Upon completion she printed the script and handed to me. I had more medical issues to discuss but she simply asked me to book again and come back next week and refused to listen to me then. Wasted 2.5 hours for no proper consultation and a script that could’ve been sorted in 5 mins.

Called to make an appointment the receptionist sounded half asleep I couldn't even understand his words. Then couldn't make it to my appointment so I have been calling for 1 whole week straight to re schedule and no body is answering. Then the phone gets taken of the line for a few minutes. I've heard great things about Dr manku and all I want is to make an appointment. But nobody is even answering the phone to allow that to happen.

Booked through Health engine for appoint at 10am
Called practice at 6pm to confirm. Person at the Reception was very unhelpful and provided no update or solution whatsoever.

I had appointment on 19/08/2023 but it was closed. Closed wasn’t an issue but they should inform me regarding closing. I went there and waited for 15-20 minutes. No one there to talk. I called the medical centre, no one received the call even. It was upsetting.

Nobody even answers the phone anymore, when I go there in person the receptionist has a mask on you can’t even hear what they’re saying muffling behind a mask which isn’t necessary when there’s a big glass shield in front of him.

Very unprofessional doctors I would not recommend, in particular Dr. Mangku, sorry for the incorrect spelling. I took my mother to her for consult, during the consult as a doctor she refused to listen to any of her issues, and throughout the consult the doctor was doing online shopping and attending personal phone call and at the end just brush things off and says "come see me in the next appointment, we have other patients"

Was advised doctors open at 8:30am on a Saturday, by 9am surgery was still not open and watched 4 separate customers walk away one which had booked online for an 8:30am appointment via their online booking system. Not a very good start to a Saturday morning especially as I was told to be there at 8:30am by the receptionist the day before.

I have been with Dr MANKU for more than 20 years and you couldn’t find a better doctor than her always listens and checks things out thoroughly.
