Dr Schwenke is by far the most wonderful doctor at the practice, such a shame a great doctor works at a slow pace,rude, irritating, family practice.
Over the years I’ve noticed & seen how this once wonderful medical practice has gone down hill. All colour, life and home feel is now drained replaced with hostile energy. The receptionist need to do better & be better.
The blent rudeness of the receptionist is revolting. Quit your job if you don’t care for people. Giving false information and blatantly lying.

When i made the appointment i made it very clear what i needed, the young incompetent girl i spoke to assured me the doctor could do what i needed, i rang to double check that this was still the same. Spoke another incompetent girl, asked her to double check wit the doctor bfor i drove all way out there an wasted my time. Well, wasted my chance of getn a different doctor, all day, until 330pm, then rings me an says, aw sorry, no the doctor cnt do that. So due to the incompetent of these 2, my licence is now suspended until i get the form done. Appointments r crazy sum doctors you cant get into for lik weeks. I will betellung my friends to avoid this place. Disgusting.

Dr Schwenke has been my family’s doctor for 20+ years. She is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, down-to-earth and friendly. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Wanted to make an appointment because apparently you have a covid vaccination and are open now but when I ring you are closed. It is very irritating ,inefficient and inconsiderate to be so unprofessional and careless about obvious information and makes one wonder about the proficiency of offering more important services!! I would give ZERO stars but apparently this is not an option
