So easy to book. Lots of availablity. Great hours of work (open late). I booked in a last minute telehealth with Dr Waseem Gazale and he was so good! Very thorough, very knowledgeable and gave very clear and useful guidance on how to treat my medical condition. Definitely would recommend this place if ever unwell.

Needed prescriptions renewed for medication I have been taking for years After contacting our local medical centre in Swan Hill to be told the earliest Telehealth appointment would be next month I chose the City After Hours Doctor and within 2 hours I had prescriptions filled and received follow up phone calls to make sure everything was sorted

Convinced this place doesn’t exist. Booked a Telehealth for 9pm. The form didn’t include any kind of contact. It’s now 9:45. I’ve been on hold since 8:55 and the clinic is about to close. Tried to drive there to play their hold music for them, but couldn’t find the clinic with their extremely vague directions.

Only getting one star because I couldn’t give 0. Booked a Telehealth and was prompted to check in a reception. Called the clinic to rectify this and was on hold for over an hour and the clinic closed before anyone could answer. 21 hours later the doctor calls me to see if I still needed an appointment, as there was a ‘technical issue’ last night that led him to missing my appointment. Don’t waste your time or money here. Abhorrent service and blatant disrespect.

Answered the phone quick, a friendly receptionist was very helpful with my situation. Didn't have to wait long to speak to a doctor and got professional good advice for my health. Very happy with this service, they treated me like a human not just another number.

Life saver! No kidding. I had throat infection for a while and all of a sudden I developed ear pain, it was unbearable. I crawled up to a nearest pharmacy and they recommended me hotdoc tele health after hour service. I got appointment within Half hour and spoke to Dr. Waseem who precisely figured out my infection and prescribed medicine.
Must get consultation from them!

A massive waste of money. Went to see a doctor on Sunday night because no other GP is available. They charge you $89 upfront with absolute no Medicare rebate. Couldn’t even prescribe pain medication for toothache. The doctor has terrible attitude and rather see patients suffer. Highly recommend this practice if you just want to dump your money.
