Have been having appointments at Dental clinic in Raymond Terrace. The staff are amazing. Kind, considerate and professional. Have been attended to by Ash, she's wonderful as are all the Dentists and Technicians I have delt with. I highly recommend this service.

RECOMMENDATION REVIEW : I'm wondering if the executive staff and Michael DiRenzo could possibly think about placing small kitchenets in the Emergency Department Triage waiting rooms and outpatient clinics for all patients and visitors to uae inside John Hunter Hospital , Belmont District Hospital and The Maitland Hospital same as they have at the Calvary Mater Newcastle Hospital outpatient clinics there and you can have the option of leaving a gold coin donation if you want to plus only use Dairy farmers milk in all 3 types Lite White , Full cream and Skim so we all have a choice , Cause not all patients who come through the hospital at random hours of the day or night have money to go and buy a coffee or drink from the cafeteria and Unfortunately these services are not open after hours , So could somebody please vtakebthis recommendation in to consideration , We would all be so grateful for your help . ? Had occasion to go to John Hunter Hospital from Cooranbong recently.
Without a G.P.S., would be very difficult to find ( only a couple of blue hospital signs- which hospital ? ).
Also, once in the hospital grounds, the lack of signs was noticeable. We had to go to the Intervention Suite ( no signs anywhere ). Had to ask someone. Then, when looking for parking, could only see signs for staff parking. Could not find where to enter patient parking.
Consequently, was late for appointment.
Especially for someone not from the area, or someone in a hurry, it was not too good.

Handed my complaint to the person I complained about at John Hunter Hospital!!!
Pathetic management and Executive Office mantra of ‘Excellence, every patient every time’ is a pile of BS.
No accountability for mistakes and happy to throw complaints in the bin rather than taking ownership.
Very disappointed that words don’t match actions.
Shame on those responsible.
