Working with Beth at Arubah Health has been a great experience. Very welcoming and professional without any judgement. Beth is understanding of personal circumstances but finds ways to challenge me without creating additional stress in my life. Sharing my own personal journey here. In July 2021, I made a decision to change my health for a healthier lifestyle.
I contacted Beth and a personal trainer. Beth looked after all my dietician needs. Her consultation is thorough and you can feel Beth’s passion to helping people change.

I started out at 106kgs, Beth helped understand food choices, serving sizes and overall what was best for me.
We set a goal to achieve 90-92kgs by the end of the year, to which I weighed in at 90.9kgs.
