Fantastic staff and a speedy solution to the needed 6 stitches on a Sunday afternoon. Saved us many wait hours at JH and this wonderful adoption will help ease the Emergency Dept at JH for those in more serious need. Well done Medicare and .gov.

I presented at the clinic with a very bad cough. I strongly suspected pneumonia, as I’d had it before and it felt the same. The reception staff and triage nurse were great. When I was called in to see the doctor he looked in my throat and pronounced with great certainty that I had pharyngitis and gave me antibiotics specific to that condition. Despite telling him I was coughing most of the time he did not listen to my chest. I was with him for maybe 2 minutes at most. My condition continued to deteriorate overnight so we drove straight through to Brisbane.
I attended my local UCC. The doctor detected crackles in both lungs and sent me to the local Hospital emergency department where I was diagnosed with pneumonia and prescribed the correct antibiotic. I’m very disappointed that he misdiagnosed me, this is my 3rd bout of pneumonia and correct treatment was delayed by 24 hours as a result.

Excellent experience being treated for a wrist fracture from Dr Anna Malone. Very funny and friendly doctor had my wrist scanned diagnosed and plastered in 2 hrs. Heaps faster than the hunter. Thanks!
