my child had two covid negative result of two consecutive days and then visited GP, when we met Dr Lui in the morning, the Dr Lui refused to see us because my child hadn't taken the test for this morning and tried to kick us out. so I had to convince the doctor to let us go to a nearby pharmacy to buy a test kit and bring back my kid's result. because my child was very sick and needed help.
Since she agreed. We went to pharmacy with sick child and received negative results and brought it to DR Liu, but the doctor still didn't seem interested in examining my child. It was very frustrating I met a Dr Lisa Yu Lui. This is not a place where they carefully treat sick children. I don't understand why she was so rude and rough during the examination. She even asked my young child to rate their pain on a scale of 1-10, and when I explained to DR that my child is still young and may not understand the exact level of pain, she got angry and said "that a 9-year-old is old enough to understand". so my child rated her pain as 10 which is incorrect.
Doctor still could not provide an accurate diagnosis and convince to send us to the emergency room.
The doctor's clothes and manner of speaking were not professional, and it seemed like I was talking to a Paddy's market fruit seller rather than a doctor.
Now I understand why there were no other patients. I will never visit this place again, and I suggest you don't waste your time here either. If you are a doctor, please at least try to understand the pain and feelings of your patients, especially children. This doctor should be ashamed to show her face to children. She was not an adult.
