We had this practice recommended to us by a friend who is a GP because we've had trouble across the Beaches after our family GP retired. Dr Black has been amazing and we have seen other doctors before her with our kids and always felt comfortable and taken care of. We love the place and they do their best to support us wherever they can. It has been a big help after running into some real quacks in medical centres. It's nice to have a family doctor again.

My family of 5 have been going to this practice for more than 10 years. Recently our regular doctor relocated out of Sydney. The receptionist informed me that both the practice and doctor decided it would be less hassle not to notify patients who may have tried to avoid over crowded bookings. At the very least a customer centric practice would have notified regular patients once the doctor had left. You really are just a number and the practice is just a business.

Been at this practise for 4 years now, reception staff are never helpful and usually in a bad mood (no smiles here). Saw a woman doctor today for the first time as my usual is away (Dr Nav is great no complaints here and nurse staff are fantastic too) - after making a suggestion that I didn't want to pursue she mentioned I was being "difficult".
Bad service, no walk ins, I suggest finding another practise. I will be moving elsewhere.

I’be been a client for over 5 years and I have seen most doctors at the practice. They are great. So are the nurses.

Receptionists are always nice when I’m there. However they won’t squeeze you in when something is really urgent. And quick. (Like a small child who just had an incident and needs to be looked at fast.) I think they could be much more accommodating/flexible - especially with their long term patients.

In addition, a lot of their doctors work part time - it can be difficult to be seen by your doctor of choice only since they get booked out way in advance.

My family has been registered with this practice for many years. I know they are busy, do not accept 'walk-ins' and require appointments so I only go for checkups or for matters that can be booked in advance. If I need urgent attention, I pack up my knitting, charge my phone and go to a practice that allows walk ins and wait for 4 hours. That's the way it is folks. When you arrive without an appointment, you throw the entire schedule off and others who book have to wait longer than they should have to. All of the doctors I have seen here are excellent and I have never found the receptionists rude. I understand how the practice works and I respect their policies.

Been a patient for many years but find the practice management and reception staff inefficient and unhelpful. Tried to ring to make an appointment on Sunday, and, even thought the web site said they were open, phones were not switched through for ages. Going to another practice who are efficient, kind and helpful and reception staff take your calls. No issues with the doctors, have always found them excellent. It's a shame they are not better supported by their staff.

The doctor I see there is great; can't fault him at all. The receptionists are not very helpful. I booked a late appointment and the doctor was running late; in fact, an hour late, which is somewhat understandable. The right thing to do here is rather than keep you waiting, be upfront abut the delay and offer you the option to reschedule or a courtesy call back when you are next, so you that you are not wasting your evening away waiting. They (the receptionists) simply couldn't care less.
