The gardens medical group have and are always very respectful. Very approachable, very kind and compassionate. This starts at the reception ,the nurses and the doctors . I have the utmost respect for all of them they always try to help and only want the best outcome for you . When your treated with care and know they are doing their best to help it goes a long way in your recovery and just in your general health situation. Thank you all at the gardens medical group for always doing your best .

The team at the Gardens were wonderful when I needed them recently. They were able to fit me in, and the doctor was very thorough and lovely to deal with. The ladies at Reception do an incredible job dealing with so many clients in a kind and professional manner. Always a pleasure to see them.

Excellent and compassionate care. A wide range of professional and kind GPs to select from, according to personal preference. Have not had a single bad experience with them, in 10+ years of service. In a semi-acute emergency, I've always been able to access a doctor there quickly (within 1-2 days) who already has my medical history at their fingertips. Some of the best specialists I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Receptionists have been, without fail, kind and helpful.

Very organised and very kind people to deal with. Reception was amazing as was the lady who had to enter all our details. Kids had to have bloods drawn and the nurse was absolutely amazing. She was so gentle and the kids got a bravery certificate and a little toy of their choice. This type of kindness and thoughtfulness is really appreciated.

The staff at the Gardens are both efficient and welcoming. My Dr Szabo is extremely knowledgeable, caring, empathetic and never in a rush. He is the best with diabetes but also across all other areas I need medical help with. Can’t recommend him & the practice highly enough.

We, whole family, were there for medical for visa purposes and the whole staff, to mention a few, Ms Michelle and receptionist at level 3 were very polite and kind to us. They dealed with my tired kids throwing tantrums in a beautiful way. I can't thank them all much! Thankyou Dr Alan, Michelle and reception staff for being so kind ?

Great practice everyone is always so friendly and helpful, and my dr is fantastic! (not going to say which one because she’s already gotten so hard to get into!) she takes the time to listen and is very knowledgeable, don’t mind that she runs late sometimes, most of the good drs do because you know they care about their patients and aren’t just a revolving door

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Kay at The Gardens for many years. He is a Livewire, highly knowledgeable & leaves no stone unturned. On various occasions we have seen other Doctors from this practice due to Dr. Kay's unavailability. These experiences have also been positive.
