I visited this clinic after moving from Sydney and struggling to find a decent GP on the coast. I expected to pay a fee for a consultation, though I did not expect to be paying for a two minute conversation to confirm the results that I was pregnant. Not sure why I would need to pay for the results that are either a yes or a no, especially when it’s usually apart of the consult fee. I had to follow up several times after naively assuming they would call me. Another central coast doctor who values profit over patient. Won’t be going back.

Yesterday I had a peel and masque treatment at Complete Health at Crossways. From the minute I arrived the receptionist was super friendly and helpful, Kim the dermal therapist was informative and I loved her gentle hands, smiling face and friendly but professional demeanour. The treatment was fabulous with awesome results. My skin is smoother and with the range of products I was recommended and purchased I predict great results moving forward. See you in a fortnight. Absolutely fantastic Doctors at Crossways. I love Dr Raya Grishna-Gunn's approach to lifestyle health, looking entirely at a person's health starting with the food we eat before moving through to more drastic measures. Dr Formosa is also an excellent Dr that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
