One star because zero stars was not an option. Booked an appointment to see a doctor who then referred me to a specialist on the auspices that my need would be filled same day, charging me a healthy visit fee. When I arrived at specialist I was informed that the doctor was told explicitly that this was not available, I was also sent there to be charged an additional fee. When I queried this, the doctor then took time out of her day to establish a series of circumstances that would make her right if you squint the right way, but not to actually provide any service or assistance to me. If you have another go option. Take it.

Just fine. Many things to improve. Perhaps its issue with most of doctors these days. Instead solving your health issues they are more of waiting for next patient. No one take their cars to such mechanics but unfortunately we humane had to face it these days.
Some good visits and some really bad ones with doctor having no interest at all in your problems and guessing it can be this or that. Sometimes rude behavior of doctors.

Dr G Ratnam is an excellent doctor who takes his time to listen to your health concerns, never rushes and takes a real interest in your health recovery. Also Josie and the rest of the admin team are excellent and accommodating in assisting you in making an appointment an easy process.

The doctor is great however a gap fee of $40 is excessive, especially when you leave work early for an appointment and the doctor is not on time. We have to pay a $50 fee if we don’t turn up so the appointment should be bulk billed if the doctor is not on time.

no bad reviews for the management they are really good and attentive towards their job.Had an appointment with a DR.NOUR BAG ,she was just soo rude and careless from the start to answer my queries / problems.I am myself a medical professional at the first place I just can't accept she could say a patient that " i don't have time to answer your questions' and that too been only 3/4mins in an appointment. Furthermore, worst part she said I would not bother to see my reports and advice but just said I will repeat all the bloods that was done previously. I just left the appointment in middle felt so unrespectful from her.
On the other hand , DR.NOHA MAHANNA was soo kind enough and welcoming that she just spoke to me and answer all my queries in detail without any appointment .
