I have started to see a new GP Dr Farah Naz and she has been so amazing and very thorough. As a person who does not feel comfortable with Drs and often lets my health slide, she has been so easy to talk to and I will be continuing my care with her. All the reception staff are lovely and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Dr. Craig was amazing. It was so helpful with everything that I needed. I needed a complete vaccination program for one important reason, Here they help me to sort this situation in less than a week.

The doctor I saw was honestly horrific.

She contradicted herself and wrote down many highly personal things about me, which no other doctor has ever asked me before in a doctor's office, and when I mentioned it was unusual for her to ask such invasive questions (like, are you attracted to men or women...as a basic first appointment question...apparently the norm for her to ask...I'm straight by the way, not that it's her business...and innapropriate to ask anyone at a doctor appointment in such a manner...unprompted...by me...so it was a random question for her to ask in the first place).

No empathy at all, a very uncaring disposition, and her smile felt very put on.

She then told me she needed all these other details which were innappropriate, and when I mentioned I only visited today for one reason, she said...sorry can't help you on the first visit, you'd have to come back another day after she (innappropriatly) receives all the innappropriate information she falsly implied she needed. Doctors are supposed to save lives...not stifle and kill them...I'm not even joking...unlike her, I believe safety is not a joke.

I asked if she would kindly not charge the $125 for today's initial visit, and she smiled condesendingly and said "sorry...I can't...you've already made an appointment...I'm sorry if this bothers you, you should have known...or the people at the counter should have asked you what your appointment was for". Not impressed...underhanded doctor I do not trust...definitely won't be coming back.

I understand people enough to know when a person isn't trustworthy. I don't know the doctor's name, but I feel she should not be in charge of something as important as the health and safety of other people.

She's not a real doctor. She's not human. Don't trust her.

This practice is very good. The team of doctors are all empathetic, they are to date and able to deal with range of issues as expected of a good GP.
In fact the I have found all three doctors who have managed my health to be exceptional.
There is a team practice here which make sure there is always someone who is aware of your health history and well supported clinically.
As far as reception is concerned I haven't seen any rudeness and at times they have come out to my car to assist me with my wife.
I was referred to this practice by a person who has a very good knowledge of local General Practices.
Its been a tough year so lets all try to get along.

I had an unusual accident in Ettalong metres from the medical centre and was in extreme pain and needed help. Dr Julian Alsop saw me and did a small procedure to alleviate my pain, gave me scripts and sent me for an ultrasound. He was incredibly caring at a time when I was scared and in pain. He called me the next day to check I was ok and to make sure I was continuing treatment of the wound. This medical centre is lucky to have such an empathetic doctor on board.

Great Doctors. Helpful team on reception. Will slot you in for urgent appointments when needed. Always found them to actually take the time to listen to your needs, be thorough and provide the right care.
