I have had many many massages here, half of which have been pregnancy over my last 2 pregnancies and it’s always amazing! Only once have I had an iffy massage and as soon as I bought it up for constructive criticism it was totally embraced and the situation was handled incredibly. I love my down time at the day spa, the perfect local retreat from life ❤️❤️

Every treatment I've had at The Day Spa (and I've had quite a few!) has been perfection and it is genuinely a place you want to keep going back to. Each different therapist I've been to have been equally amazing but the shining star is Sam, the owner - she is a highly intuitive person and has a knack for picking up on what her clients need without them having to say a word. Her holistic approach to wellbeing along with how personable and genuine she is, makes me want to continue to go back to the day spa time and time again.

Had the most wonderful facial by Ana. When I pulled up to the shop front, I was concerned, but the atmosphere and service were amazing. This has been my favourite experience having a facial.

I was really looking forward to my 90 minute massage after reading such fantastic reviews. However, I left feeling underwhelmed and cheated. The massage itself was very average at best. I kept having to ask the massage therapist to press harder and it still felt like a gentle rub.
The location and decor did not match the price tag either. As I walked through to use the bathroom before my massage, I was asked to "tip toe" so that I didn't disturb the other clients receiving treatments.
On the positive side, the therapist was very friendly but it was obvious she was a junior with little experience in the procedures of massaging.
I will not return and do not recommend. I pay the same amount when visiting a 5-star hotel in the city and walk out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Unfortunately, I walked out of your business feeling confused and ripped off.

From the minute I walk into the Day Spa Sam & her beautiful therapist team provide an amazingly tranquil environment.
They are very professional & extremely knowledgeable enabling a high quality spa experience every time. Their treatments are just “Pure Luxury” and so I always leave in a complete state of zen.

I’ve have been here a few times for massages and pregnancy massages. It’s always amazing! Yesterday I had Chelsea do my treatment it was in all honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. Coming from a beauty therapist myself. The girls are so lovely, I highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of getting Sam for my appointment and she is wonderful. Their massage incorporates breathing techniques and her way with pressure points is really skilled. It’s definitely more than an average massage and really great particularly if you have anxiety. Honestly couldn’t recommend high enough.
