Mine and both my cats experience so far at beach and bay has been amazing. Issues with my boy were picked up in the first consult that had been missed for many months, and the treatment that he’s had has been life changing for all of us. My girl can be so anxious, and I worry with her at vets due to past experiences, and Dr Alicia has been incredible at easing those worries whilst still ensuring I receive all the facts and she gets the absolute best care possible.

All of the staff have been incredibly kind and compassionate about my own struggles with my own health issues, and how that impacts some things, and I have never felt more welcome and safe as pet owner at a vet practice. On top of that, I have never felt so confident that both my babies are in the absolute best hands possible to get the best outcomes they need to be healthy and happy.

I wish I had found Beach and Bay sooner, but I couldn’t be happier that this is the practice that is looking after both of my babies now.

Our dog recently had a surgical procedure at Beach and Bay Vet. I cannot speak highly enough of the practice. Alice and her team did an outstanding job. From the first consultation, I had confidence that our dog was in excellent hands. I would not hesitate to recommend B&B Vet; your pet will receive the absolute best of care.

Words cannot express how amazing this veterinary clinic is. From the most helpful, kind, and knowledgeable reception staff, specifically Nicole, and Karen… to the wonderful vets Adele, Helen and Alicia. You have been so helpful in the care of my gorgeous dog George. You all loved him like he was your own, he was fawned over, given treats and cuddles and was truly adored by you all.
He was made so comfortable in his final moments by Dr Adele in the comfort of his own home surrounded by us all. I couldn’t have dreamt up a more loving way to have him cross the rainbow bridge. I am forever thankful for the love, kindness and empathy you have showed us. Our beloved pets are more than just ‘animals’… they are family ❤️

Just had a lovely experience taking our little 10 week old pup to Beach & Bay. Everyone smiling and caring with so much love to give! We had an old Yorkie Terrier we would take to another local vet - definitely not as knowledgeable and kind. We SCORED! Thank you team ?

Dr Adele confirmed it was time for my precious boy Ollie to go to his resting place. I needed the confirmation as I didn’t want to let him go if it wasn’t the time. She came to our place and she gave us all a very compassionate experience for Ollie’s last moments with us. Thankyou

Amazing place, awsome reception staff and caring and compassionate vets. We took our do in for a minor surgery and they went above and beyond to ensure he was as comfortable as possible and helped from start to finish of treatment. I cannot recommend them enough professional, caring and knowledgeable staff combined woth extremely reasonable pricing made for a wonderful experience and customers for life !! Would recommend to anyone looking for a vet

Great opportunity to socialise my pup in a controlled and supportive environment. Katrina ensured all pups felt safe and secure throughout the classes. It was great to watch the confidence in my pup grow each class. Katrina provided some very helpful information around basic training and structuring the pups learning in a staged, progressive manner that builds on confidence and understanding.
I would definitely recommend Katrina's classes for any new puppy owners.

I can’t thank the incredible team here enough! Called last minute as my baby boy, Michael (cat) had a grooming accident. When I called, the team immediately did their best to help, fitting him in then and there and fixing him up that same day. I was so rattled and the team really helped to calm me down and were so understanding of my mum guilt. I cannot thank the team enough and will be using this clinic from now on! 🙂
